Here's the deal, VHC cares about one thing more than anything else, helping the wonderful people of Shenandoah County fall in love with and follow Jesus. We are a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same joy!

Where we come from
VHC is a brand new, non-denominational church that shares her name with our sister- church in Front Royal, VA. Although we are an autonomous, independent church, we are excited to collaborate with our sister-church because we truly believe that we are stronger together.
Where we're headed
Now, we believe that there are some great churches here in the Valley. But we also believe that every church has a unique personality that can be used to express a different side of God's manifold love. Our desire is to express His love by caring for the people of our town in such a way that they would want us to stay. We believe the Lord’s unique call for us to follow and propagate is to:
(1.) Prioritize Prayer,
(2.) Expect Miracles,
(3.) Honor Suffering,
(4.) Promote Kingdom and
(5.) Choose Joy.
What this means for you
What does this mean for you? Well, it means that we want to bring hope, help and healing to a town by bringing it to you, the individual. Our driving desire for you is that you: 1. Love and learn to follow Jesus 2. Find freedom from those things that have held you back 3. Figure out your worth; you are more than you realize 4. Free others; because that's what freed people do.
